Perennial

For clinicians

The clinic's agent drafts; you read and sign. Work arrives in Plane, signing happens in cairn, and the chart stays in OSCAR. You sign in to all three once, with your passkey, at the clinic's sign-in.

The clinic's sign-in

Its My Apps page has a tile for each tool. The first time, open the one-time link the clinic gives you, and your device makes a passkey.

Plane

Where work is found. Each patient's request, and each piece of work handed to the clinic assistant, is a work item. Mention the assistant on one to ask it for a draft; you are mentioned when something waits for your signature.

cairn

Where you read and sign what the assistant drafts: requisitions, prescriptions, messages to patients, reviews. Each signature asks for your passkey again, and what you sign is carried out in OSCAR as you. It is also where you enrol a patient in a program, from their details in OSCAR.

OSCAR

The chart: demographics, medications, measurements, notes. What you sign in cairn lands here under your name.
